What to include
When emailing, include:
- Your order number (starts with "ST") if your message is about an existing order
- Your shipping address if your message is about delivery
- The email address you used at checkout
- A clear description of what you need

For bulk orders (5+ copies for extended family gifts), partnership inquiries, or press requests, email support@strulva.com with "BULK" or "PRESS" in the subject line for priority routing.
