We collect what we need to ship your order and email you about it. Nothing more. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Full details below.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number (optional, for shipping updates), and payment information (processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card numbers).

When you browse strulva.com: anonymized device and browser data via cookies, used to improve site performance and show you relevant content if you return.

What we do with it

  • Fulfill and ship your order
  • Email you order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support replies
  • Process refunds when you request them
  • Improve our website and product (anonymized analytics only)
  • Send marketing emails ONLY if you explicitly opt in at checkout or via the newsletter

What we never do

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Share your contact info with marketing partners
  • Use your child's information beyond shipping your order
  • Store your payment card details on our servers

Cookies

We use standard ecommerce cookies (cart persistence, checkout flow, returning customer recognition) and anonymized analytics cookies (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics with IP anonymization). You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features will not work without them.

Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of any data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping for completed orders)
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link

For any of the above, email support@strulva.com with subject "PRIVACY REQUEST" and we will process within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our products are designed for kids ages 5-10, but our website is for adult buyers only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email support@strulva.com and we will delete it immediately.
