Processing time
Orders placed by 2pm ET (Mon-Fri) ship the same business day from our US warehouse. Orders placed after 2pm ET, weekends, or US federal holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of fulfillment.
International orders
We ship worldwide. International delivery times depend on customs in your country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price and not refundable.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, contact your local carrier first (usually resolves within 48 hours). If the carrier cannot locate it, email support@strulva.com with your order number and we will send a replacement at no charge.
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email support@strulva.com within 7 days of delivery. Free replacement, no return shipping required.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email support@strulva.com immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
