We stand behind My First Dad and Daughter Journal with a 60-day money-back guarantee. The terms are simple:
- Fill in the journal with your daughter for at least 15 pages
- Within 60 days of delivery, decide if you feel a deeper bond
- If not, email support@strulva.com for a full refund
- Donate the journal to a local school library, family shelter, or community center — no return shipping required
What qualifies for a refund
Any honest reason. The journal did not fit your family's rhythm. Your daughter did not engage with it. The prompts felt too old or too young. You just want your money back. Sixty days. Full refund. No interrogation.
What does not qualify
- Refunds requested more than 60 days after delivery
- Journals not used for at least 15 pages (we ask for honest engagement before refund)
- Duplicate or fraudulent return requests
How to request a refund
Email support@strulva.com with:
- Your order number (starts with "ST")
- A photo of the journal showing at least 15 completed pages
- A short note on what did not work for you (helps us improve the next edition)
We refund within 3-5 business days of confirming your request. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective journals
If your journal arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email support@strulva.com within 7 days with photos. Free replacement, no return shipping required. The damaged copy is yours to keep, recycle, or repurpose.
